# sl-express-base使用手册
## 1、说明
base服务主要提供系统中的基础数据功能，包括车辆、车次、车辆计划、行驶证、回车登记、司机、车型、货物类型、排班、行政机构、消息，mq发送公共类、失败mq消息等。
主要功能：
- 提供基础数据配置功能，绑定车辆、司机，安排车次等，记录车辆计划，回车登记信息。
- 提供mq统一发送接口，失败消息处理。
- 提供消息服务。
